![]() ![]() ![]() Ge, L., Parhi, K.K.: Classification using hyperdimensional computing: a review. Our results show that adversarial images can successfully mislead the HDC classifier to produce wrong prediction labels with a high probability (i.e., 78% when the HDC classifier uses a fixed majority rule for decision). Then, we propose a modified genetic algorithm to generate adversarial samples within a reasonably small number of queries, and further apply critical gene crossover and perturbation adjustment to limit the amount of perturbation noise. Specifically, using handwritten digit classification as an example, we construct a HDC classifier and formulate a grey-box attack problem, where an attacker’s goal is to mislead the target HDC classifier to produce erroneous prediction labels while keeping the amount of added perturbation noise as little as possible. In this paper, we study for the first time adversarial attacks on HDC classifiers and highlight that HDC classifiers can be vulnerable to even minimally-perturbed adversarial samples. Nonetheless, state-of-the-art designs for HDC classifiers are mostly security-oblivious, raising concerns with their safety and immunity to adversarial inputs. Hyperdimensional computing (HDC) has been emerging as a brain-inspired in-memory computing architecture, exhibiting ultra energy efficiency, low latency and strong robustness against hardware-induced bit errors. ![]() ![]() ![]() My longest forts have been 20-15 years, and they have all maintained 80-120 fps. I get usually a solid 150-100 fps with 60-80 dwarves on my 5th year. I suspect that any odd-width hallway can have this though place a line of high priority on the edges, and every other tile until the center. This sort of designation has kept forts well above 30 FPS for me, even with open caverns on multiple levels and many wide open rooms.Įxtending it to wider hallways requires some thinking about the logic which I haven't gone through yet. The net effect of this is that, given a sufficiently long hall, most dwarves on each side of the hall will be moving in the same direction, negating the FPS cost from paths being recalculated due to collision. That dwarf then has a chance to path onto the other side of the hall. When two dwarves run into each other, one of the dwarves will end up getting pushed out to the middle of the hall. The dwarves will favor the sides of the hallway to the center, as expected. ![]() The best example for this is a 3-wide hall. Something (which I stole from somebody many months ago) which works for me is to designate the edges of hallways as high priority. Even in thick hallways, chances are the "shortest path" is going to be along one edge of it and everyone is going to keep trying to walk back into that shorter edge. ![]() #Reddit dwarf fortress fps fullIf your fort is full of thin hallways, this will happen very frequently. If you need to top up the coolant reservoir each time it’s checked, you could have a leak. How can I tell if my cooling system is leaking? If the level is below the minimum line, top it up to the maximum line and monitor on a daily basis. After filling, make sure that the cap of the expansion tank is replaced and tightened. When adding any liquid to your car such as Prestone coolant/antifreeze, it’s important to ensure the engine has cooled before unscrewing the cap of the expansion tank as the coolant operates at around 90☌. Ideally, the level should always be closer (or directly on) to the ‘maximum’ mark, so if it’s dropped towards ‘minimum’, we’d recommend topping it up. The colour of the coolant/antifreeze should make this easy to do, but you may need to give the bottle a wipe if dust and dirt are impeding your view. If you’re struggling to find your car’s coolant reservoir, the best thing to do is refer to the owner’s manual, which will have a diagram showing different parts and components under the bonnet. The reservoir itself is usually made of thick, semi-translucent white plastic, and you should be able to see the coloured coolant/antifreeze (often pink, yellow or green) through the side of the tank. You’ll probably find that there’s a warning symbol on the cap too, which highlights the danger of unscrewing the cap when the engine is running or hot. ![]() Your car’s coolant/antifreeze reservoir should be easy to identify by its coloured lid, with many cars having a yellow coolant/antifreeze cap. ![]() How do I identify my car’s coolant/antifreeze reservoir?
